Order Processing:

Orders placed after 1 p.m. on Fridays or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next business day (Monday). Similarly, orders made on bank holidays will be processed on the next business day (Monday or Tuesday), with exceptions during Christmas and New Year holidays.

Changing Shipping Address:

If you need to modify the delivery address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team at  for assistance.

Delivery Cancellations:

Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched. However, unwanted items can be returned within 07 calendar days after delivery for a refund. Your order will include a returns sheet; kindly fill it out before returning any products.

Delivery Issues:

All products undergo thorough checks and packaging before dispatch. In case of missing, incorrect, or damaged products, please contact us email us for assistance.

Delivery to Alternate Address:

You can choose to have your items delivered to an address different from your billing address during checkout. Please ensure all details are accurately provided to avoid any delays. Note that your billing address must match the registered address of your card to avoid payment issues.

Delivery Process:

All deliveries require a signature. You will receive an email with tracking details and expected delivery date. If unavailable to sign for the parcel, it will be returned to the nearest depot for collection within 14 days, requiring a valid photo ID for pickup.

Shipping Notifications:

You will receive an email notification once your order is packed and dispatched.

  2. Express Signed for (£5.99): 1-3 working days

For Special Delivery:

  • Free delivery for any order above £69.99.

Back ordered Items:

If your order contains unavailable items, delivery will be delayed until stock replenishment. For further assistance, please contact our customer service team.

Weekend Deliveries:

Orders placed before 3 p.m. on Fridays will be delivered on Saturdays.

Delivery Updates:

You will receive text or email updates confirming the delivery date, tracking details.

Missed Delivery:

If you miss the delivery, the courier will leave a business card with contact details for rescheduling. Failure to receive the second delivery attempt may result in order cancellation.
